About the role

Build customer-facing mobile experiences for our payments app. You will own end-to-end features in React Native and partner with backend and design to ship to thousands of merchants and customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement React Native screens, navigation, and state management.
• Integrate Chapa / telebirr / CBE Birr payment flows.
• Tune app performance and offline behavior for Ethiopian networks.
• Pair with backend on API design and edge cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of React Native or strong native mobile experience.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and authentication flows.
• Care for performance and resilience on flaky networks.
• Bonus: familiarity with Chapa or local payment providers.
