Responsibilities

• Draft and revise lesson scripts and learning objectives.
• Design quizzes and rubrics for course assessments.
• Pilot lessons with cohort learners and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts to validate content.

Requirements

• Strong written communication in English (Amharic a plus).
• A passion for teaching, learning design, or technical writing.
• Comfort working in collaborative editing tools.
• Curiosity about how people learn technical topics.
